A while back I read a tweet (now referred to as a post), and it sparked a powerful idea.
I don’t necessarily always agree with the person who posted it. Actually, I usually don’t.
However…
Key Point: It’s amazing how we can grow when we read or listen with the intent not to disagree, but rather to learn.
Do you find yourself having similar experiences?
Exercise: Look for people from whom you can learn — especially those you’d typically be less inclined to learn from.
THAT is growth!
