There’s a question I’m often asked regarding the concept of influence. Basically, people wonder if influence is the same as manipulation?

I love this post, Bob. I write a lot of marketing copy for authors and I often have to touch on this topic with them. I have to explain to them that creating persuasive marketing copy for a book doesn’t mean you’re trying to manipulate your audience. Especially, of course, when you write your marketing copy with a go-giver spirit. Thanks for the video.
