As you build your network of know, like, and trust relationships you’ll find that you’re creating a powerful eco-system filled with people who can benefit one another in a number of ways.
Let’s explore just one aspect of this in Endless Referrals Action Tip #13. Indeed, the best way to get business and get referrals… is to give business and give referrals. So be a connector of others. Keep your antennae up for those in your network you can serve via the referrals you give.
Oh, and see how one referral provided to me that had absolutely nothing to do with the other person’s business resulted in some very lucrative new business for me.

Bob I heartily agree and there are so many benefits for cultivating diverse friends including having a more adventuresome life. We can see more sides of a situation (potential problem or opportunity) and thus collectively make smarter decisions faster and also learn from each other in nourishing ways. Most of the most meaningful and opportunity-attracting moments in my life have happened via my connections with people I grew to admire. Many had different talents, interests and sometimes even different values. Hint: adopt a mutuality mindset. The most healthy relationships are not based on a quid pro quo {but an} ebb and flow of mutual support over time.
Thank you, Kare. As always your comments are on-point and insightful…and always appreciated!!
