4. Director“Each of the first three told me they could not help, ‘not their decision’. So I did exactly what you suggested; got to the director. Never actually spoke with him, but through his secretary got the change that we needed. This strategy does work when done correctly.”
Congratulations, David. I truly enjoy printing letters from the many readers such as you who follow these very simple suggestions. Ain’t life just a lot easier this way? 🙂
